What we collect, and why
If you subscribe to the field brief (our newsletter), we process: your email address, the audience segment you choose, your language, the page you subscribed from, and a consent timestamp. Legal basis: your consent. Purpose: sending you the monthly field brief and the subscriber benefits described next to the form (pilot access, feature previews, event invitations). Nothing else.
If you email us or book a call, we process what you send us to answer you. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security; we do not use them to identify visitors.
What we never do
- No advertising, no tracking pixels, no behavioral profiling.
- No sale or rental of your data to anyone, ever.
- No cookies. See the Cookie Policy: it is short because there is nothing to disclose.
Where your data lives
Form data is handled by our workflow, contact and mail providers under GDPR commitments. The site is hosted in the EU and loads nothing from third parties: no external fonts, no scripts, no trackers.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe (one click in every email, or write to us) or ask us to erase it. Then it is gone.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, erasure or a copy of your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to ; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
